Becoming an Amsara Health patient is deliberately simple: choose how you want to begin, create your account, and meet a provider who has time for your whole story.

How it works

1. Choose your path

Begin with a single Longevity & Integrative Medicine visit ($275), or join as a member — $1,999 per year or $799 per quarter, with visits included.

2. Create your account

You’ll set up your own secure patient portal account (powered by athenahealth), review the telehealth consent and privacy practices, and complete a brief health history.

3. Meet your provider

Your first visit is a full hour by video — unhurried, thorough, and focused on you. Together you’ll decide which labs and tests make sense.

4. Follow your plan

Labs are drawn near you, results are reviewed together at a follow-up, and your plan adapts as your body responds — with portal messaging between visits for members.

What to expect at your first visit

A complete conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals — not a seven-minute appointment. Your provider listens first, then orders the right diagnostics. Once results are in, you’ll review them together and leave with a plan built for the way you want to live.

Eligibility & states we serve

Amsara Health cares for adults 18 and older. We currently serve patients located in Arizona, with Nevada, Florida, Texas, California, and Georgia opening soon. If your state isn’t open yet, join our mailing list — subscribers are the first to know and the first to book when their state opens.

Consents & privacy

During account setup you’ll review and sign a telehealth consent, and receive our Notice of Privacy Practices. Your health information is protected and is never sold. Full details live in our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent.
