Skincare visits are with Dr. Mia Chorney, Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arizona time. Choose the day and hour that suit you, and Stelle on our care team will confirm your appointment and send a secure payment link within one business day.
What your visit includes
Your initial visit is a telehealth consultation with Dr. Chorney, who reviews your skin goals, your hormone status, and your health history, then prescribes Restore or Revive when it is clinically indicated for you. The non-member price includes the visit and your compounded prescription: $179 for Restore and $269 for Revive. Members pay $119 and $199, with the visit already included in membership. Your cream is compounded by Optimal Balance Pharmacy, with free shipping in Arizona for members and non-members. Prescriptions may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
