Membership terms

Founders Circle is a membership available to the original 25 founding members at $999/year as an introductory price*.

You may cancel at any time by contacting Amsara Health directly. Cancellations take effect on the date the request is processed, and benefits cease immediately.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable. Any unused portion of your membership term will be converted to à la carte service credit, valid for 12 months from your cancellation date. Credit may be applied to visits, prescription refill call-ins, lab reviews, clinical messages, or coaching sessions.

*Your membership is billed at $999 per year. This rate is guaranteed for your first two years. Pricing for subsequent years is subject to change and will be communicated in writing no less than 30 days prior to your renewal date. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date. Cancellation permanently forfeits the Founders rate; re-enrollment is available at Standard membership pricing.

If you are on active therapy (HRT, GLP-1, or other long-term prescriptions), our clinical team will reach out to coordinate a safe transition and provide a final 30-day refill where appropriate. Records transfer is available at no charge upon request.

You may cancel 15 days before your next billing date. Your current month is non-refundable, but you retain full access through the end of your paid period. No further charges will be made. If you cancel and later wish to re-enroll, you may do so at current Standard rates.

Patients in active dose titration are advised to complete that process before cancelling. Records transfer is available at no charge upon request.

If a payment fails, your account remains fully active for 14 days while we work to resolve it. If unresolved by day 30, your membership will lapse and re-enrollment will be required at current rates.
