William "Blake" York, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ABAAHP

William "Blake" York is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with nearly two decades of experience spanning surgical intensive care, cardiovascular medicine, hospital leadership, primary care, and functional medicine. He is the founder of Equilyst Modern Medicine, a precision medicine practice specializing in functional, metabolic, regenerative, and longevity medicine.

Blake earned his nursing degrees from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University and his Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds a board certification as an Anti-Aging Health Practitioner (ABAAHP) through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
